A-1 Cooling, Inc. provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and electrical services to residential and commercial customers in Campbellsville, KY and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the terms outlined in any written estimate or service agreement provided at the time of service.
Estimates provided by A-1 Cooling, Inc. are based on the information available at the time of evaluation. Final pricing may vary if additional work, parts, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of service. We will communicate any changes in scope or cost before proceeding with additional work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available through our approved lending partners. Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable fees.
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment installed by A-1 Cooling, Inc. and are subject to the terms set by the equipment manufacturer. Labor warranties, if applicable, will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Warranty coverage may require enrollment in a maintenance plan or adherence to recommended maintenance schedules. A-1 Cooling, Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others after installation.
We make every effort to accommodate your preferred service dates and times. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations without adequate notice.
By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access the areas of your property necessary to perform the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible work environment, including clear access to HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and related components. A-1 Cooling, Inc. is not liable for damage to concealed or pre-existing conditions such as hidden wiring, deteriorated ductwork, or structural deficiencies discovered during service.
A-1 Cooling, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
